Mildred Concepcion: Silog Express is the brainchild of Mildred Concepcion. Her vision was to sell delicious, affordable meals that appealed to the modern Filipino not only through taste, but aesthetically as well. After a long, gruelling process, and through her own hard work, her dream was finally achieved when the first Silog Express opened in January 2008. Her long term goal is to turn Silog Express into a franchise, and establish her vision world-wide.
